The Zinc alloy plated D-ring has one actual Bright Nickel / 1 1/2" combination. Obtain an identified ring sample and its drawing before deciding how its nominal size relates to the intended bag or belt attachment.

Locate the nominal measurement and clear ring space

Ask the drawing to show the endpoints of the 1 1/2 inch measurement. That label does not independently establish a usable internal width, section or joint construction.

• Obtain clear internal space for the mating attachment.
• Define section dimensions and the full external profile.
• Identify any joint and its supplied construction.
• Keep the ring drawing linked to the actual sample.

Agree polishing, plating and contact criteria

Request material and any required grade records for the supplied parts. Obtain records defining polishing and plating method, treated parts and coverage before setting acceptance criteria.

Approve a physical Bright Nickel reference and inspect the actual contact surfaces with the proposed attachment. Smoothness, nickel-free composition and quantified durability are unverified, so define the evidence needed for the intended conditions.

Trial the attachment before agreeing current terms

Demonstrate the sample with the intended bag or belt fitting and establish relevant evidence for the complete connection. Working capacity and general compatibility remain unknown.

Reconfirm present sample availability and whether the 7-15days sample-time reference applies to the identified ring. Agree requested size, colour, logo and custom package scope, then obtain the current minimum quantity for the configuration accepted in the trial.
