ICECREAM is a hobby-horse mane/tail comb with a PP material reference. Its photograph shows two scoop/cone-outline forms with cream/white swirled tops and light-blue/pale-gold-beige checked toothed sections.
Identify the scoop-to-cone junction
Ask how the top and toothed section relate in the actual supplied article. The picture does not establish one-piece manufacture, a joint method or a separate decorative attachment.
Pearly patches and pale-gold appearance also do not verify pearl, precious metal or resin chemistry. Request the actual part map and composition before approving the sample.
Agree the delivered count and tooth profile
No actual selectable colour or size axes exist. Two overlapping pictured forms do not establish a pair pack or a colour/design menu.
Use the accepted ICECREAM sample to record these details:
- Identify the exact scoop/cone outline and supplied count.
- Confirm packaging and whether any pair arrangement is supplied.
- Measure overall size, thickness and junction geometry.
- Record tooth length, spacing, tip profile and grip area.
- Agree measurement points, method and tolerance.
- Demonstrate intended combing action and operating restrictions.
Set actual use evidence and quotation requirements
PP requires grade, allocation, finish, manufacturing and fixing records for teeth, top and any other parts. Define actual user, age, handling and toy-mane or animal-contact conditions.
Obtain relevant chemical, tooth, edge, small-parts, fixing and use evidence with full instructions, inspection and care. Cute, Pony, Luxury and Horses names give no detangling, cleaning, quality or age/chemical approval.
Ask which scoop, cone-pattern or tooth changes are available for an approved sample or drawing quotation. Packaging YES needs agreed format, count and inclusion; dimensions, minimum quantity and sample interval are absent, so request current terms for the exact counted and measured article.
