Use the complete BT0916(135mm) label when requesting this Stainless Steel horse-bit component. The photographed form combines an oval centre, slotted D-shaped side cheeks, upper oval openings and a hanging chain with a lower central ring.
Locate the nominal 135mm measurement
BT0916(135mm) is the sole whole actual choice, while BT0916 also appears as the model reference. Ask for a drawing that identifies what the nominal 135mm measures, its endpoints, method, tolerance and accepted version before comparing it with existing equipment.
This reference does not establish mouthpiece width, ring diameter or fit for a horse. Link the drawing to the exact sample and supplied contents, including the chain and its central ring.
Inspect the arms, slots and chain together
The arms and oval centre look yellow-gold, while the cheeks and chain look silver-grey. Those appearances do not identify copper, brass, precious-metal content or finish chemistry; request separate composition, grade and finish records for these particular parts.
- Confirm the tapered arms and connecting loops.
- Measure the oval centre and its junctions.
- Record both cheek outlines and elongated slots.
- Check the upper oval openings and attachment routing.
- Agree the chain, central ring and complete parts count.
- Document permitted movement and any restrictions.
Agree the fitted sample and order scope
Kimberwicke, Snaffle and racing names do not settle leverage, pressure action, severity or comfort. Request complete operation, fitting, inspection and care instructions, followed by qualified assessment for the actual horse, bridle, reins and intended conditions.
Ask whether the listed 10pcs minimum applies to the documented BT0916(135mm) version. Confirm current packaging, complete inventory, other measurements and sample timing in the quotation; the photographed metallic colours are not additional selectable Gold or Silver options.
