YF11452SS is a classic stainless-steel D-ring for handbag and bag enquiries. The listed configuration is Bright Nickel / 3", with selected dimensions and joint details to approve for your attachment.
Place the 3-inch reference on the ring drawing
Ask the drawing to show the meaning of the nominal 3-inch label. Review the usable opening and the straight bar against the intended strap or mating connector.
- Selected reference: Bright Nickel / 3".
- Locate the internal opening and straight-bar dimensions.
- Specify wire or section dimensions and shape.
- Define the joint and the strap attachment layout.
- Check strap thickness, fold and connector clearance.
Agree on wire and joint inspection
Confirm the selected wire-bending and welding details for YF11452SS. Set the joint inspection criteria together with relevant ring/full-assembly fit, load, retention, joint integrity, wear, corrosion and chemistry evidence.
Set the sample and 500-piece custom brief
The listed minimum is 500 pieces, with samples and size, colour, logo and custom-package requests. Approve the selected stainless-steel grade, Bright Nickel appearance and assembly layout, then include the artwork and packing requirements in the configuration-specific quotation.
