Request a selected drawing that defines the units and positions in this White hook's nominal label. Use the intended bag, pet or saddlery attachment when describing the sample requirements.
Which units and positions does the label use?
The actual zinc-alloy snap-hook pair is White / 3/4*3 5/8". Ask the drawing to define both units and locate the measurements before comparing the hook with your fitting.
- Actual configuration: White / 3/4*3 5/8".
- Material family: zinc alloy.
- Minimum order: 100 pieces.
- Samples can be requested.
- Size, colour, logo and custom packing requests are supported.
Show the opening and mating attachment
Define the hook opening, closure and attachment with the proposed strap or mating fitting. Review the complete bag, pet or saddlery connection on the same drawing. Set the applicable fit, closure, load and retention criteria for the selected assembly.
Prepare the selected-version quotation
Keep the drawing and proposed changes together for the 100-piece enquiry. Supply the artwork and package requirements against that version.
- Identify the requested size or colour changes and logo placement.
- State the intended quantity and required custom package.
Obtain relevant hook/complete-assembly evidence for the specified criteria before acceptance. Include approved material/finish documents where chemistry requirements apply.
