Develop a crocodile-face belt design around the Yellow 00646 zinc buckle enquiry. The nominal size reference is 35MM. Raised crocodile-like motifs surround open areas and a broad curved central bar, with a rear attachment plate and textured side tab visible in the pictured arrangement.

Approve the decorative face and its orientation

Specify the selected crocodile motif and the way the face should sit on the belt. The animals are decoration on a zinc-described fitting, rather than evidence of animal-skin material. Use the artwork and component drawing to agree the intended face, bar and rear parts.

1. Identify the selected 00646 Yellow face design.
2. Agree the motif orientation and required surface sample.
3. Confirm the face, rear plate and tab parts supplied.

Trial the requested automatic action with the actual strap

The automatic-locking description needs confirmation on the chosen sample. A textured tab and static face do not show how the belt fastens, grips or releases. Send the intended strap or mating strip with a drawing defining the nominal 35MM feature.

• The usable passage and intended strap thickness.
• The rear attachment route and required mating parts.
• The fastening and grip sequence to demonstrate.
• The release action and any required adjustment.
• The selected parts and drawing used for the trial.

Confirm the finish, artwork and package for the enquiry

Proposed colour, design, logo and custom package options can be discussed with the supplier. Sample availability and a 500pcs minimum are stated; confirm the current terms for the agreed configuration. Approve the selected zinc grade and physical Yellow surface, including any required coating or service-life evidence. The motif and gold-toned appearance do not establish operating performance or gold content.
