Assess this equestrian panic hook around the intended connection and release conditions. Agree the selected version and appearance before requesting a sample for the horse or cob assembly.
Review the quick-release requirement
Ask for a demonstration and relevant evidence of the selected hook's release movement under the intended conditions. Define how the mating fitting, attachment and access to the release will be assessed. Set closure, load and retention criteria for the complete assembly before approval.
Place both nominal values on the drawing
This stainless-steel panic hook snap has a 1/2-inch by 4-inch nominal reference. Have a drawing locate both values on the selected version, then compare the mating and attachment geometry with your intended assembly.
- Family: panic hook snap.
- Material family: stainless steel.
- Nominal reference: 1/2 inch by 4 inch, with positions to be defined.
- Samples are available on request.
- Size, colour, logo and custom-package requests can be discussed.
Prepare the sample specification
Send the agreed appearance, dimensioned drawing and proposed logo with the sample enquiry. Describe any custom size and packing requirements against that selected version. Include material/finish documents where chemistry criteria apply, along with relevant selected-hook and complete-assembly evidence for the intended release and retention requirements.
