YF102013DC is a classic zinc snap hook listed for pet-accessory, saddlery and bag enquiries. Its actual selection is Bright Nickel / 1 1/4"*3", with the reference axes to confirm on an approved drawing.
Match the reference pair to the mating connection
Locate what the 1 1/4-inch and 3-inch references measure. Show the intended connector or strap attachment before assessing how the selected hook fits the complete assembly.
- Define the throat opening and mating-connector dimensions.
- Show the selected closure or gate operation.
- Check release access and operating clearance.
- Specify the eye and attachment geometry.
- Include actual strap width, thickness and end treatment.
Approve the hook for the proposed assembly
Confirm the selected zinc and Bright Nickel finish specification. Obtain relevant hook/full-assembly fit, closure, release, load, retention, wear, corrosion and chemistry evidence for the intended pet-accessory, saddlery or bag criteria.
Prepare the sample, logo and packing brief
Samples and size, colour, logo and custom-package requests are listed for YF102013DC. Include the selected reference drawing, requested changes, artwork and packing requirements so the sample review and quotation describe the same snap hook.
