Choose the complete Black size label when discussing DS158-16 for an EDC backpack or lanyard connection. This aluminum-alloy swivel frog clip has three actual nominal choices, with the selected passage, closure action and intended fitting to be reviewed together.
Black in three actual nominal sizes
The actual choices are Black / 16mm(0.63in), Black / 30mm(1.18in) and Black / 25mm(0.98in). Keep the full nominal with the model reference and establish what it measures before matching webbing or another fitting.
- Model: DS158-16.
- Material family: aluminum alloy.
- Component: swivel frog clip.
- Actual colour: Black.
- Nominal size: 16mm(0.63in).
- Nominal size: 30mm(1.18in).
- Nominal size: 25mm(0.98in).
Sample the bear-claw closure and passage
Samples can be requested for the chosen configuration. Obtain a drawing showing the webbing or fitting passage, bear-claw/frog closure action and swivel clearance. Evaluate opening, closing and retention with the actual fitting intended for the backpack or lanyard assembly.
Discuss development and intended-use criteria
OEM/ODM and design requests can be discussed for DS158-16. Send the selected nominal, fitting specification and proposed drawing changes in one enquiry. Agree the version and evaluation criteria before approval.
Dog or pet-collar use requires relevant clip and complete-assembly evidence under the intended conditions. Obtain defined material-grade, load, retention and release information whenever those criteria are required. The component name alone does not establish aviation grade or an animal-use safety rating.
