YF102266B is a fixed spring snap-hook reference offered in SOLID BRASS NATURAL COLOR, with chains size 0 and hooks grade Not Rated. Samples and a 100-piece order minimum are listed.
Confirm the selected material and polished finish
Obtain the chosen base-material, grade and construction specification with the actual sample. Define relevant wear, corrosion and chemistry acceptance, including any nickel-related requirement.
Clarify 0 before selecting the mating chain
Ask for the meaning and intended dimensions of chains size 0 without assigning an unprovided unit. Have both measured features in the separate 1/2"*2 1/2" reference identified on the selected drawing.
Demonstrate the release for the intended bag or industrial task
Review the supplied eye and fixed attachment with its spring/trigger and complete release procedure. Agree any proposed panic-release requirement against the actual sample and relevant whole-assembly evidence for the Not Rated selection.
- Define usable entry with the intended mating part.
- Check attachment dimensions and installed operating space.
- Demonstrate deliberate opening and release.
- Obtain selected maker use limits.
- Set complete-assembly fit, load, retention and release criteria.
Confirm the 100-piece order and sample request
Submit requested colour/size, logo and custom-package needs with the quotation. Reconfirm the listed 7-15-day sample time for that selected scope.
