This snap-hook enquiry uses Panic and Swivel references, with a grooved collar-like middle and a lower rectangular eye in the picture. Confirm the exact supplied model and material before treating the collar, arrow or silver appearance as evidence of release performance.
Choose the HL reference first
No actual size or colour choices are specified. Request a drawing that maps the required component to the following references and defines both measured features.
- HL102100DC
- 7/8"*4 3/4" and 1"*4 3/4".
- HL102101DC
- 1"*4 3/4".
- HL102102DC
- 1/2"*4".
- HL102179DC
- 5/8"*3 3/4".
Define the release requirement
A static arrow and collar do not demonstrate emergency release, release force or operation under load. Establish the intended assembly and obtain evidence for the actual release conditions, rotation and required service life.
- Specify clear gate and eye openings.
- Provide mating hardware and strap dimensions.
- Request material and component declarations.
- Check the selected collar and gate in a controlled trial.
- Assess any required swivel movement.
Keep package artwork separate
Sample availability, requested colour and customized logo printing on packaging are stated. Agree the physical sample, supplied count, package artwork and current terms; product-logo service, custom size, design and a minimum order are unspecified.
