For coordinated private-label Western ranges

Coordinated Custom Western Tack Collections

Bring your Western bit, spur and stirrup collection into one factory discussion without forcing every product into the same design. We manufacture all three categories from customer drawings and support your logo. Share the visual direction, then define each product's functional geometry separately. Individual samples and a combined appearance review help your team approve a coherent range.

Define a Shared Visual Language

Let the collection share a recognizable style while each product keeps its own job. Relia manufactures bits, spurs and stirrups and supports your drawings and logo. We review the three assemblies separately, then compare the artwork, trim and physical finish together so a shared motif does not hide a structural change.

Relia supports drawing-based customization and customer logos for bits, spurs and stirrups. For a coordinated collection, give us the same brand artwork and visual direction, with a separate location, size and orientation for the mark on each product. Floral trim, scrolling decoration and contrasting panels in our range can help you explain the appearance you want.

We review the logo method and usable marking area against the actual material, shape and finish. Keep the artwork away from contact surfaces, moving joints and attachment points unless the agreed design specifically accommodates it.

Freeze Three Functional Bases

Use a separate drawing for every complete product. The bit needs its mouthpiece, shank and attachment positions. The spur needs its band opening, shank, rowel and strap interface. The stirrup needs its upper connection, frame and usable tread. Link each drawing revision to the shared logo artwork so a collection change is traceable.

Continue with custom Western-bit drawings, custom Western spur assemblies and custom Western stirrup interfaces for the product-specific decisions.

Adapt the Motif to the Cheek

A decorated bit has openings, junctions and curved boundaries that limit the useful artwork area. Keep the motif within the approved cheek shape and record its orientation. Model 2634SI-FCT-M01 is one complete base reference; the decorative treatment cannot replace its mouthpiece and shank specification.

Keep Band Fit Separate from Decoration

Our product range lists 81411LB-CF-E3/M in light blackening steel, with a men’s 1¼-inch curved band, German Silver and copper flower trim, a 2¼-inch shank and a 1½-inch 12-point rowel. The band detail here shows how its floral decoration sits around the strap-button interfaces. Keep the complete rowel assembly and band fit on the product drawing when developing your own version.

The SP5133 product is a separate decorative direction, with its own product identity. Use decorated spur development to turn the chosen appearance into an agreed sample scope.

Match Appearance without Assuming the Same Process

Different base materials and decorative components may need different treatment routes. Agree the component material and finish in each category, then compare physical samples under consistent light. A similar gold, silver or dark tone in a photograph does not establish identical composition or a shared coating process.

Review Decorative Work on Three Separate Routes

Each product retains its own structural route before the collection appearance is compared. We arrange the forming, machining or welding required by its geometry, followed by the chosen decorative work, polishing, surface treatment and assembly. Different substrates and components can need different treatments even when the intended colours are related.

We verify materials and dimensions, inspect appearance and check moving parts or assembly fit. Review the bit's attachment and mouthpiece geometry, the spur's band and rowel arrangement, and the stirrup's fender connection and tread independently. Then compare the three accepted samples with the shared artwork and physical finish direction, keeping collection identity separate from functional interchangeability. Use our inspection checkpoints for each product before accepting the coordinated finish.

Use the Stirrup Surface on Its Own Terms

The product range identifies 22173ALE as an engraved aluminum stirrup with a 3-inch neck and a 2-inch tread dimension. Its photograph shows engraved metal side panels with tan upper leather and tread covering. Use those as separate construction and appearance details when defining your own collection drawing.

The ST3101FL product offers a separate current product direction. Its code is not an equivalent for 22173ALE. Continue with decorative stirrup development to agree the panel, covering and logo scope for the selected version.

Approve the Collection and Each Product Separately

Keep one accepted drawing, component list and sample reference per product, plus a shared collection artwork revision. Record whether you are ordering individual items or a defined set, with quantities and packing contents for each. For repeat orders, quote both the collection revision and the three product revisions so a logo update does not silently change a functional part.

Compare Sample Details Across a Collection

Decorated Western-bit samples make cheek outlines, trim positions and contrasting surfaces easier to compare. Choose the details you want in your collection, then adapt them to the usable surface of each bit, spur and stirrup.

For your own coordinated range, send the individual product drawings alongside the visual direction. We review each construction and your logo separately before comparing the accepted collection samples together.

Start a Western Collection Sample Discussion

Send your bit, spur and stirrup drawings with their revision numbers, your logo artwork and the preferred marking areas. Add the finish direction, quantities and whether you plan individual sales or a defined set. We can then review a coordinated sample-development scope with you.

We will review the model and configuration with you before a quotation is agreed. Include quantities and destination so sample, packing and delivery terms can be considered together.
