Wide-tread range development

Wide-Tread Aluminum Stirrups for Your Range

Choose a wide-tread stirrup around the space your customer's boot can actually use. We manufacture stirrups and support customer drawings and logos, with the frame, footbed and upper attachment reviewed together. Start with a complete model, compare the same boot and leather arrangement, then agree the tread and finish for a sample your team can evaluate.

Compare Complete Frame References

Turn a wide-tread idea into a defined sample. Relia produces its own stirrups and checks materials, dimensions, appearance and assembly fit. We keep the usable footbed, boot opening and leather slot with the complete aluminum construction, so the decision goes beyond an outside width or colour.

Relia’s listings include YF11902Al, YF11906AL and another jumping-labelled aluminum reference. They provide different starting forms for a sample discussion. Choose the geometry you need first, then define component materials, tread configuration and finish against that selected version.

Usable Footbed and Outside Width Are Different

A size label can refer to different points on a stirrup. Mark the inside support width, front-to-back tread dimension and available boot space on one drawing. Keep any outside frame measurements separate so your team can compare the actual footbed.

Describe the Tread Construction in Parts

A metal insert, raised features, an open pattern and a separate pad create different assemblies. List what is attached to the frame and how it is retained. This makes sample comparisons clearer without turning a visual pattern into an unsupported grip claim.

Separate components

Identify any insert, pad or fixing.

Complete frame

Review the tread with the selected side structure and upper attachment.

Keep the Edge and Fastening Detail Visible

A useful tread close-up shows the surface together with its boundary and visible connection to the frame. Keep that image linked to the complete model. Similar-looking inserts can have different shapes or fixing arrangements.

Connect Aluminum Construction to the Finished Geometry

The frame section, upper slot and tread connection guide the making route. We choose the applicable forming operations, with machining or joining where required by the design, then polishing, the selected surface treatment and assembly. Keep the actual alloy allocation and separate pad or insert with that component plan.

We verify materials and dimensions, inspect appearance and check assembly fit and moving parts where fitted. For your sample, distinguish usable footbed width and depth from the outside frame and boot opening. Review finished tread boundaries, fixings and leather space together, giving the buying comparison a defined complete geometry.

  1. Material and base

Name the alloy and part allocation for the selected version.

  2. Part geometry

Review the actual forming or machining route.

  3. Edges and finish

Keep tread and attachment boundaries defined.

  4. Final assembly

Check the complete pair with its specified components.

Compare Samples Under the Same Conditions

Use the same boot and leather arrangement when comparing two frames. Record complete-pair weight with the same included parts and set the intended evaluation separately from appearance approval. Any performance result should name the exact version and conditions used.

Choose a Defined Retail Configuration

Review YF11902Al, YF11906AL and the jumping-oriented reference as separate models. Keep the selected tread, colour and included parts with each line instead of combining details from different photographs.
