English spur assortment

Wholesale English Spurs by Tip and Rowel

Give your English-spur range clear choices in tip, neck and heel-band shape. We manufacture the spurs and can review each construction with your intended boot and strap. Choose the terminal families customers need, then agree measured sizes and piece or pair quantities. Your first wholesale selection can grow around distinct products rather than repeated finishes.

Four Tip Families for a Focused Range

Make each terminal style a useful addition to the range. Relia manufactures its own spurs and checks materials, dimensions, appearance and assembled fit. We keep the heel band, neck, fastening and supplied unit together so a recognizable tip name leads to a complete product your team can quote.

Choose the terminal families your customers request: 1318-34R Prince of Wales, 1318-2R knob-end, or 2541SS and 2547SS hammer-head constructions. Rowelled designs add a separate component choice. Build that structural range first, then add finishes that give customers a useful appearance option.

A Tip Name Describes Only Part of the Spur

The complete buying reference includes the terminal, neck, band and fastening. Keep these fields together when comparing quotes. A spherical-looking end is an appearance description; a rotating terminal needs its own actual component demonstration.

Band and Neck Measurements Complete the Model

For the model 1318-2R, ladies’ neck references are 25 mm and 35 mm, while men’s references are 30 mm and 40 mm. These are model labels, rather than a universal boot-size system. Retain the exact code and measurement endpoints beside the chosen sample.

Heel band

Opening, internal curvature and contact height define the boot interface.

Neck

Length, angle and measurement endpoints identify the rear projection.

Fastening

Slot or button geometry must work with the intended strap.

The Terminal and Its Connection Deserve a Close View

A useful close-up shows the end profile and how it joins the neck. For a rowelled model, include the wheel, axle ends and clearance in that view. Compare the actual assembly with the supplied instructions before choosing the product for your range.

Connect Each Production Step to a Visible Feature

Our spur production follows the selected construction. Cast POW, sheet and wire-formed constructions have different forming needs, so the appropriate forming route is chosen by model; machining, welding or other connection work is used where that design requires it. Polishing, surface treatment and assembly complete the band and terminal configuration.

We check component materials, band and neck dimensions, appearance and assembly fit, including moving parts where fitted. For your sample set, compare the finished band profile, strap openings, terminal edges and any rowel connection. Keep the complete piece or pair contents with that reference so a tip-family choice becomes an identifiable product line.

  1. Define the structure

Select the full model and its material schedule.

  2. Form and finish

Review the band profile, terminal geometry and finished contact edges.

  3. Assemble moving parts

Identify axle, fixing and available wheel clearance where fitted.

  4. Review the pair

Compare both pieces with the approved reference and contents list.

Keep the First Sample Set Easy to Compare

Use one boot reference and one strap arrangement while comparing tip families. This keeps a change in terminal style from becoming confused with a change in fit. Add a second band size only when it answers a specific stocking need.

Compare the Terminal on Each Complete Spur

Compare YF11022AL’s short rear projection, SP6110’s ball-tip arrangement and SP6107’s small rowel as three separate complete products. Choose the model whose band, neck and terminal you want to review, then compare it with the intended boot and strap. Keep each sample’s dimensions and supplied contents with its own order line.

Choose the Next Detail by the Buying Decision

Move from the tip family to fit, material and packaging. This keeps the range review useful for a tack shop and gives your purchasing team a clear route from a recognisable style to a complete order line.
