Wholesale Horse Bits, Spurs and Stirrups

Bring horse bits, spurs and stirrups into one clear wholesale plan. We manufacture all three categories and can review complete models, measured sizes and finishes with your team. Keep individual bits, spur pairs and stirrup pairs on separate order lines, then coordinate the sample and packing needs. You gain one sourcing discussion while each product keeps the detail needed for repeat supply.

Confirm the Scope One Category at a Time

Keep the convenience of one discussion and the clarity of three product families. Relia manufactures its own bits, spurs and stirrups. We check materials, dimensions, appearance and assembled fit for the chosen constructions, then keep their different quantity units, contents and sample decisions visible in the same order plan.

Build your shortlist from complete models in each family. We can discuss an existing configuration or your drawing, with the bit, spur and stirrup samples kept distinct. Agree the quantities, packing and supply terms for each selected line before combining the order plan.

Horse bits

Cheek layout, mouthpiece, measured size and complete inventory.

Spurs

Band, shank, tip or rowel, attachment and supplied count.

Stirrups

Frame, neck or slot, usable tread, pad and pair definition.

Give Every Version Its Own Order Line

Use one line for each complete model, size, finish and contents combination. The BT0319 oval-link bit, YF11023MI rowel spur and YF11902Al stirrup are separate product references with different specification needs. Keeping them distinct makes the quotation easier to compare and the delivered inventory easier to reconcile.

Keep Mouthpiece and Cheek Decisions Together

For bits, record the complete mouthpiece and cheek combination before allocating quantities. The BT0319 oval-link D-ring reference is a specific starting point, while the English retail range guide and the Western-bit guide help organize a broader selection. Each sample needs its own measured size and supplied-parts record.

Define the Spur Unit and Complete Contents

The YF11023MI listing names a 1-inch band, 1⅛-inch shank and 1¼-inch rowel reference. Keep those named features with their measurement definitions. Then agree whether the quoted unit is one spur, a pair or a set with straps. A repeated dimension line or a photograph of two pieces does not settle the supplied count.

Use Category-Specific Production Checkpoints

The three categories use their own making plans. For a bit, the mouthpiece, cheek junctions and attachments guide the forming and connection work. For a spur, the band, shank and terminal or rowel define the structure. For a stirrup, the frame, upper interface and tread set the component and assembly requirements. Applicable machining, welding, polishing and surface treatments follow the selected model.

We check materials, dimensions and appearance, together with moving parts or assembly fit. Use the finished sample from each category to confirm its critical interfaces and contents, then keep that version on its own quotation line. A combined order can share a buying discussion without losing the different technical and counting requirements of the products. See how our checks differ for each product family.

Separate Sample Decisions from Bulk Terms

First agree the configurations you want to compare and the sample purpose. After the samples are identified, discuss bulk quantities, any minimums, timing, quotation validity and requested packing for each line. These conditions can differ between models and categories, so a single headline quantity should not replace the detailed list.

  1. ShortlistComplete references and intended buying task.
  2. SamplesSelected versions, dimensions and review criteria.
  3. QuotationLine-specific quantity, timing and packing conditions.
  4. Order planAccepted versions and agreed commercial scope.

Keep the Stirrup Version and Pair Definition Clear

YF11902Al is an aluminum stirrup reference with a nominal 120 mm label and a raised-grid tread. Define what the nominal size measures, the usable tread and upper slot geometry, then agree actual count and paired supply. This avoids treating the label as a complete boot-and-leather fit specification.

Connect Packing and Reorders to the Product Lines

Discuss inner-unit identification, any paired contents, requested labels and outer-carton mapping against the actual SKU list. Keep the accepted versions and delivered packing identification for replenishment or issue reports. For grooming, hardware and other tack alongside the three core categories, keep the same line-by-line structure and confirm their scope separately.

  1. Product lineAccepted model, size and supplied unit.
  2. Inner contentsActual quantity and requested identification.
  3. Outer recordCarton contents linked to the order lines.
  4. Repeat enquirySame product revision plus new quantities.

Start a Wholesale Sample Discussion

Send your bit, spur and stirrup shortlist with quantities and units stated on each line. Add the destination and packing requests, and we can discuss a consolidated supply plan while keeping each product specification clear.

We will review the model and configuration with you before a quotation is agreed. Include quantities and destination so sample, packing and delivery terms can be considered together.
