For full-cheek retail and wholesale ranges
Full-Cheek Horse Bits for Wholesale Range Selection
Build a full-cheek range with clear choices in mouthpiece, rod profile and included accessories. We manufacture the complete bits and can compare the constructions your customers request before you add more sizes or finishes. Choose the core sample, show the bridle connection and decide whether keepers are included, so every quoted line describes the product you intend to sell.

Choose the Mouthpiece Before Expanding the Range
Choose the mouthpiece first, then keep its long-cheek geometry intact. Relia manufactures its own full-cheek bits and checks materials, dimensions, appearance and assembly fit. We review the rod projections, ring junctions and supplied accessories as one configuration, making differences between wholesale lines easier to explain.
Choose between 25736 with a stainless-steel snaffle mouth, 25445 with a flat-link construction, 42736-CL with a copper lozenge and 25744 with a double-twisted mouth. The 14 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm options belong to specific constructions, so keep each complete configuration separate as you expand the range.
Record arm curvature, thickness and joint shape.
Record link geometry and component material.
Use the exact model code and a separate sample specification.
Describe the Rod Above and Below the Mouthpiece
Make the rod profile clear before choosing the sample. Show the upper and lower projections, rounded tips and mouthpiece junction on the drawing. For BT0601, review the long rounded-tip rods and lateral D-shaped rings, then ask us to confirm the required rod dimensions and connection clearances on its own sample drawing.
| Geometry | Record on the drawing |
|---|---|
| Rod outline | Overall shape and upper/lower projection from the mouthpiece |
| Tips | End shape and surface condition |
| Junction | Location and construction at the mouthpiece |
| Side ring | Opening, section and attachment space |
Keep Keeper Supply Explicit
If your retail version includes keepers, specify their form, connection and quantity with the sample. If it is supplied as a bit only, state that clearly. A photographed assembly or a full-cheek name does not settle the contents of the package. The intended keeper arrangement should be reviewed with the selected bridle and instructions.

Compare Dimensions on the Selected Model
Compare the dimensions of the exact model you want. The 25736-S-125-14 combines 6½-inch cheeks, a 5-inch mouth and 14 mm thickness. The 25516-CM uses the same cheek-length reference with a 12 mm bronze single-jointed mouth. Keep BT0601 as a separate model until its own sample measurements are agreed.
| Model | Cheek configuration | Mouthpiece configuration |
|---|---|---|
| 25736-S-125-14 | 6½-inch cheeks | 5-inch width; 14 mm; single joint |
| 25516-CM | 6½-inch cheeks | 5-inch width; 12 mm; bronze single joint |
| 573638ALC-125-16 | 6½-inch cheeks | 5-inch width; 16 mm; Alcopper double joint |
Protect Rod and Joint Geometry During Finishing
For the chosen full-cheek construction, we arrange forming and any required machining or joining around the mouthpiece position, rod profile and ring junctions. Polishing and the specified surface treatment complete the surfaces and ends before the whole assembly is reviewed. The actual model determines which operations are used.
We check materials, dimensions, appearance and moving-part or assembly fit. Your acceptance points should identify rod alignment, upper and lower projections, rounded end condition and the mouthpiece connections. Keep any keeper arrangement and supplied count with that complete sample, giving the reorder a precise reference beyond overall cheek length.

Approve the Complete Assembled Version
Keep the bit, included keepers and other agreed contents together during sample review. Record the actual movements and bridle attachment route, then retain the fitting, inspection and care information for your retail version. This prevents an accessory omission from being discovered only when the order reaches your warehouse.

Separate Similar Cheeks by Mouthpiece
BT0601 is a useful product for the long rounded-rod arrangement. For a broader range, select the mouthpiece alternatives you actually need and give each one its own SKU and sample. The mouthpiece comparison guide helps you keep the cheek arrangement steady while comparing the centre construction.
View the BT0601 long-rod product reference before adding it to your shortlist.

Order One Complete Configuration per Line
Use separate lines for each mouthpiece, measured size and included-accessory combination. Link those lines to the accepted sample rather than a generic full-cheek photo. This keeps the delivered version clear even when your range includes several similar cheek shapes.
Model code or product link plus complete mouthpiece.
Cheek drawing, size definition and material description.
Bit quantity, included keepers, packing and destination.
Start a Full-Cheek Bit Sample Discussion
Send the full-cheek reference, mouthpiece choice and the keeper arrangement your customers expect. Include bridle connection details so we can discuss a complete sample rather than only the visible rod shape.
We will review the model and configuration with you before a quotation is agreed. Include quantities and destination so sample, packing and delivery terms can be considered together.
