Matched Peacock components

Peacock Stirrup Bands and Leather Parts

Choose Peacock replacement parts from the exact frame and original side assembly. We manufacture stirrups and can review the band, leather connector and upper and lower attachments together. Send the complete model and the part you want to replace, then agree the supplied set and instructions. This keeps a refill enquiry tied to the construction your customer actually owns.

Match the Frame and Side Components

Keep every side component connected to its frame. Relia manufactures its own Peacock stirrups and checks materials, dimensions, appearance and assembly fit. We review the band, leather connector and attachment points as one defined arrangement, with replacement contents and current supply scope agreed for the actual version.

Keep the band arrangement with its complete frame. The 9601-1/SS includes leather and rubber band components; 9600-1 specifies a red rubber band. ST2101 is a separate product to review on its own assembly. Use the full model when discussing the spare set and its operating information.

Name Each Part of the Side Assembly

Keep the band, leather attachment where fitted, upper feature and lower connection separate in the parts list. Include the original frame revision. This helps prevent a band order from being confused with a tread pad or another product’s side component.

Measure the Actual Connection Details

A total band length is not enough to define a replacement. Record its section and engagement features, along with the attachment geometry. Use the original component specification and the matched frame sample as the basis for the review.

Band geometry

Actual form, section and connection features.

Leather geometry

Finished outline, thickness and attachment locations where fitted.

Frame interface

Upper and lower contact or retention features on the exact model.

Keep the Upper Attachment Visible

A close view of the actual upper connection helps identify the offered assembly. The ST2101 image shows a hook-like upper feature and a long dark side band. Those visible details are a reference for identification, rather than proof of a universal operating or release behaviour.

Connect Component Making to the Finished Set

The selected frame uses the forming and component operations appropriate to that model, followed by polishing, surface treatment and assembly. The band and any leather connector retain their own material, section and engagement features in the parts definition. Those components should be reviewed with the actual upper and lower frame connections.

We check materials, dimensions, appearance and moving parts or assembly fit. For a matched replacement set, compare the finished band route and connector with the same frame revision and instructions. Keep the tread pad as a separate part record, and tie any operating assessment to the exact complete combination rather than a similar-looking side band.

  1. Original reference

    Retain frame and component versions.

  2. Part specification

Define band and leather materials and geometry.

  3. Finished components

Review edges, section and attachment features.

  4. Matched assembly

Use the model-specific fitting and operating information.

Keep Instructions with the Exact Version

Operating, inspection and care information should name the complete assembly being supplied. Any applicable validation also needs the same frame, band, leather part and fixing version. A component swap is a configuration change, not merely a colour substitution.

Use Complete Products to Identify the Base

The ST2101 listing provides a current complete-product reference. It does not establish interchangeability with model 9601-1/SS or 9600-1. Keep the frame and attachment images with the parts enquiry and confirm the current standalone supply scope.
