Retail fastening and sets

Quick-On Spurs and Retail Strap Sets

Offer a spur set with a clear fastening choice and a clear contents list. We manufacture spurs and can review quick-on or strap-fastened constructions with the intended boot. Choose the model first, then agree whether the offer includes straps, fittings and a complete pair. That makes the retail package easier to quote, explain and replenish.

Choose One Fastening Architecture at a Time

Make the fastening route clear before choosing the package. Relia produces its own spurs and checks the finished band, contact geometry and assembly fit. We can review a quick-on construction separately from a strap-fastened model, then confirm the spur and accessory contents for your retail offer.

The 258771, 258772, 258751 and 258752 constructions offer quick-on starting points. SP5101 has Ladies, Men, Brown Strap and Black Strap options. Select the fastening model, then confirm the actual spurs, straps and fittings included for each option so the package your team quotes is unambiguous.

Fastening Style and Pack Contents Are Separate

A quick-on model name does not establish universal boot fit. A strap colour label does not establish a complete hardware-and-strap combination. Choose the actual model first, then define the items that are included in the offer.

Use the Finished Strap to Match Buttons and Slots

Record strap width and finished thickness, including folded or stitched sections. For a button connection, compare the button profile with the actual strap end. This makes the assembly review more useful than choosing two accessories from separate photographs.

Button fit

Match the spur button with the strap’s actual engagement feature.

Slot route

Check the full strap section where it passes through.

Boot position

Review the complete route around the intended boot.

Quick-On Geometry Needs Its Own Sample

A quick-on band should be reviewed with its intended boot and complete terminal assembly. Its shape is part of the fastening system, rather than a strap model with an accessory removed. Keep the chosen quick-on code separate from the strap-fastened range.

Review the Finished Band and Fastening Parts

A quick-on form is made around its own band and contact geometry; a strap-fastened model needs the slots or buttons and intended strap route defined as well. We select the applicable forming and connection work for the model, followed by polishing, surface treatment and assembly.

We check materials, dimensions, appearance and the fit or movement of the assembled parts. Review the finished band and fastening with the intended boot, using the actual strap where required. Then confirm hardware, straps and other fittings as separate contents. That connects the manufacturing sample to the exact retail unit your warehouse will receive.

  1. Select the base

Name the exact fastening model and boot reference.

  2. Define interfaces

Mark band opening, slots or button features.

  3. Review assembly

Use the real strap where that model requires one.

  4. Retain contents

Link the sample to the agreed pair and accessory list.

Write a Retail Set as an Itemised List

Separate the quantity of spurs from the number of straps and other fittings. The same approach works for display packaging and refill lines. It helps your receiving team distinguish a complete retail item from a spare strap or individual component.

Keep the Sample Label with the Actual Offer

Use SP5101 when discussing its named options and SP6110 as a separate terminal and band reference. The sample specification should identify which hardware and straps are actually included, rather than relying on the option name alone.

Plan Full Sets and Refill Lines Together

A complete retail set and a spare-parts line serve different buying needs. Connect both to the same base model while retaining their own contents and quantity units.

Define the Fastening and Retail Unit

Send the quick-on or strap-fastened model, boot reference and required retail contents.
