For private-label stirrup development

Custom Peacock Stirrups from Your Drawings

Develop Peacock stirrups with your frame, band and tread drawings reviewed as one assembly. We manufacture stirrups and support your logo for a private-label range. Define the side connections and upper leather slot alongside the frame outline, then agree the materials, sizes and sample checks. Your team can keep the complete supplied version clear through design changes and reorders.

Choose the Frame and Band Configuration

Make the frame and side components one clear custom product. Relia manufactures Peacock stirrups and accepts your drawings and logo. We check materials, dimensions, appearance and moving-part or assembly fit, keeping the band, leather connector and tread contents with the version your team reviews.

Model configurations and dimensions

Choose the complete tread and side-component arrangement first. The 9601-1/SS combines a stainless-steel Peacock frame with a white rubber pad, leather and rubber band. The 9600-1 specifies a red rubber band and shows an exposed metal tread opening. Keep the selected construction with your custom drawing.

Use the code to identify the reference, then confirm the measuring points on your drawing. A size label alone does not define the full internal opening, slot or tread assembly.

Define the Frame and Its Interfaces

Keep the useful opening, fixed-side profile, top slot and tread envelope on the same drawing revision. Dimension the band attachment points separately, because their location determines how the band sits on that particular frame. Include the leather or other connector shown in your intended assembly rather than leaving it as an unnamed accessory.

For the wider drawing package, continue with English frame and tread development and stirrup sizing and leather interfaces.

Keep the Upper Connection in the Drawing

The top of the reference brings the closed leather slot and outer-band attachment into a small area. Record these as distinct features. Your logo artwork also needs a separate position and orientation, so it can be reviewed without obscuring an interface or changing the agreed metal profile.

The close-up is a visual reference for this discussion. The accepted sample and drawing define your ordered construction.

Specify the Band as Its Own Component

Give the outer band its own part description, dimensions, material requirement and connection details. If a leather connector is supplied, identify its dimensions, holes and assembly orientation too. Keep the band and connector tied to the selected frame revision when discussing spare parts.

A similar-looking band is not enough to establish compatibility with another frame. Agree any operating checks and evidence for your exact design; the model does not establish a universal release force or a protective outcome. See band and leather replacement planning for the associated purchasing decisions.

Keep Pad Inclusion Explicit

The 9600-1 model photograph has a different tread presentation from the white-pad 9601-1/SS reference. Keep that difference visible in your enquiry. State whether your order includes a pad, its colour and profile, and how it is retained. Do the same for spare-pad packs so the purchase unit remains clear.

Browse the current product range Peacock stirrup reference as an additional product direction. Its product range identity does not establish equivalence to either model code.

Link the Logo to the Manufacturing Review

We select the frame's forming and any machining or welding operations from the actual drawing, then complete polishing, surface treatment and assembly with the specified band, connector and tread. The upper leather slot and band attachment remain separate interfaces, while the logo has its own marked face, size and orientation.

Our checks cover materials, dimensions, appearance and moving parts or assembly fit. Review those interfaces and the complete band route alongside the logo's legibility and finish on the same sample. Retain the accepted artwork and component revisions together; any required operating assessment follows that exact frame-and-band configuration rather than a different model with a similar outline.

Review the Tread and Pad Together

On the white-pad reference, the ribs and the metal base form one visible tread assembly. Your drawing should still identify them separately. Record the usable tread area, pad profile, retention features and edge fit so a surface or colour change does not silently alter the interface.

For a pad-focused project, use the replaceable tread assembly route. For an existing purchased frame, compare the actual sample and dimensions before accepting a replacement pad.

Keep One Record for Each Supplied Version

Approve the complete sample against the frame drawing, band and connector description, tread configuration and logo artwork. Record the purchasing unit as individual stirrups, pairs or a separately defined spare-part pack. Add the quantity and packing contents for each line.

For repeat orders, quote the accepted sample and component revisions. Keep any verification reports specific to the tested configuration and agreed criteria rather than transferring them to a different frame or band.
