Tendon and Fetlock Boot Ranges by Supply Position

Build a tendon and fetlock boot range around front, hind and complete-set needs. Compare coverage and fastening on each selected version, then choose sizes and colours. Keep the model and supplied pieces on every line so both a first retail set and a later replacement follow the same construction.

Choose the Range by Position

Relia can discuss SD7048, SD7034 and 3003 against your front and hind assortment. Start with the coverage needed for each position, then add the model, fastening layout and supplied pieces so colour changes do not hide a construction change.

Three Buying Branches

  1. Fore lineFront coverage and fastening version.
  2. Hind lineRear coverage and fastening version.
  3. Combined unitAgreed front and hind piece count.
Read the design and specification notes

Relia’s boot selection supports a position-led enquiry: SD7048 and SD7034 remain separate model lines, each with its own colour choices, while 3003 stays on its own set discussion. We can use your required front/hind mix and coverage drawing to discuss the relevant versions. Keep the material allocation and piece count beside that choice, so a Set label or a four-piece illustration does not define the contents on its own.

Compare the Complete Closure

Compare the tab positions, overlap and edge on the same fore or hind version. A similar M/L/XL label does not make SD7048 and SD7034 interchangeable when your customers expect a particular closing arrangement.

Compare the complete wrap or tab arrangement on the selected SD model, including where it meets the shell and horse-facing surface. Keep those details beside the same fore/hind version. A model change should not be hidden inside a colour substitution when your customer expects the previous closure construction.

Keep Ordering Labels Together

SD7048 includes choices such as Red Fore, Red Hind and Red Set. Retain the selected model, colour and position combination on each line; SD7034 has its own colour family and should not inherit the same assortment automatically.

Agree the actual piece count of the selected Fore, Hind or Set order.

For example, SD7048 includes Red Fore, Red Hind and Red Set, with corresponding choices in several other colours. SD7034 uses a similar naming structure but its colour family is not identical. Quote the selected option and agree its piece count rather than expand one Set label into an assumed assortment.

Construction and making

Connect Panels and Fastenings

In sewn boot construction, panel alignment affects the edge and tab placement affects closing overlap. A separately formed shell adds another joining surface. Compare these finished interfaces on the selected model; the PU/Neoprene label does not allocate materials to individual layers.

Confirm the selected model's layer materials and making route with the sample.

Construction to Fit

  1. Panel alignmentEvenly matched edges support a consistent outline.
  2. Tab attachmentPosition controls the available closing overlap.
  3. Shell interfaceCompare the meeting edge if a separate shell is used.
Read the design and specification notes

In a sewn boot construction, shaped panels or lining pieces must meet at the edge before the fastening tabs are attached. Uneven layer feeding can distort that edge, and the tab position changes the available closing overlap. If a version has a separately formed shell, its fit with those pieces is another interface. These are general construction considerations, with the component map and route agreed per model. The PU/Neoprene label alone does not assign an outer shell, lining or moulding process.

Separate the Four-Piece Branch

Choose model 3003 as its own four-piece-set direction, with the selected colour and every included boot identified. Compare it separately from the SD models, then confirm the materials and measured sizes for the retail unit you want supplied.

Confirm the materials, measured sizes and four included pieces for your selected 3003 set.

Define the 3003 Set

  • Piece listIdentify all four proposed pieces.
  • ColourSelect the required 3003 option.
  • DimensionsRequest a drawing for the intended coverage.
Read the design and specification notes

For the 3003 four-piece set, identify every included boot and confirm the materials and measured sizes. Compare the complete retail unit independently from SD7048 and SD7034, keeping any desired replacement lines with the specific piece they must match.

Plan Sets and Replacement Lines

A defined set can serve the main retail unit while fore and hind lines support replacements. Keep the model and position visible on both, so a replacement request can find the same construction instead of merely matching its colour.

Assortment and Replenishment

  • Retail setOne agreed combination and piece count.
  • Fore replacementSame model and front version.
  • Hind replacementSame model and rear version.
Read the design and specification notes

A distributor can buy a defined set for retail and also carry fore/hind replacement lines. Retain the same model/position identity on each line so replacements remain recognisable. If two SD models are stocked, show them as separate construction branches instead of merging their similar M/L/XL labels.

Keep the lining and inner contact-surface specification as a separate sample detail, since that side is not shown here.
