For multi-ring wholesale assortments
Multi-Ring Horse Bits for Wholesale Sourcing
Choose multi-ring bits with a ring layout your team can identify and explain. We manufacture complete configurations with different upper and lower attachment arrangements, and can review them with your preferred mouthpiece. Select the layout, measure the working openings and agree the supplied parts on the sample. Your wholesale range can then expand through purposeful constructions rather than overlapping product names.

Make Each Ring Position Identifiable
Keep every attachment position visible in the buying decision. Relia manufactures its own multi-ring bits and checks the materials, dimensions, appearance and assembled fit. The ring sequence, mouthpiece and accessory contents stay together, helping your team distinguish a three-ring layout from a two-level construction.
Relia’s current BT0113 reference shows three vertically arranged side rings. BT0624 shows larger upper D-shaped rings with smaller oval lower rings on short extensions. These are useful visual starting points, but the complete sample drawing should identify the openings, connections and specified movements for each version.

Keep Ring Count and Connection Layout Together
A ring count alone hides the dimensions that matter to your buying specification. Record the upper opening, main-ring geometry, lower connection and spacing around the mouthpiece. Show actual strap routing and permitted movement in the instructions for the accepted sample; the photograph cannot establish those operating details.
- LocateGive each opening an unambiguous position on the drawing.
- DimensionRecord opening, section, spacing and mouthpiece junction.
- ConnectShow the documented bridle and rein attachment route.
- RetainLink the drawing to the complete product code and sample.
Keep the Centre Assembly in the Same Record
BT0113 shows dark tapered arms and a dark centre with copper-looking ring-like pieces. Those visible details identify the product but do not establish the composition or movement of the centre pieces. Describe their actual materials and functions with the selected sample instead of adding presumed roller or coating claims.

Compare Mouthpieces on One Cheek Layout
If mouthpiece selection is the purpose of the sample set, hold the cheek layout and measured size steady where available. If the cheek layout is the decision, keep the mouthpiece comparable instead. Record any remaining differences so the buying team can see which variable is actually changing.
| Buying decision | Keep comparable | Record separately |
|---|---|---|
| Ring layout | Mouthpiece and agreed size | Opening positions and cheek spacing |
| Mouthpiece | Cheek arrangement and material | Centre construction and arm profile |
| Finish | Complete base assembly | Approved appearance and component description |
Follow the Ring Joints Through Final Assembly
The selected ring layout determines the component shapes and connections to be made. We arrange the applicable forming and joining work, then polishing, surface treatment and assembly around that complete drawing. Opening size, ring spacing and mouthpiece-junction position remain separate features even when a product has a familiar ring count.
We verify materials and dimensions, inspect appearance and check moving parts and assembly fit. For your sample, identify each opening and junction before reviewing the completed product and supplied accessories. Keeping those positions in the same record makes a BT0113, BT0624 or other chosen configuration more useful than a generic multi-ring description.

State Accessories as Included Parts
A chain appears on BT0712, while no hanging chain is visible in the first BT0113 or BT0624 photographs. Agree the supplied inventory directly for each selected version. A missing item in a photograph does not define an exclusion, and a pictured accessory does not establish the contents of another code.
| Record | Include in the sample scope |
|---|---|
| Complete bit | Mouthpiece, cheeks, rings and actual parts count |
| Additional components | Chain, hooks or other agreed accessories |
| Instructions | Fitting, use, inspection and care for the selected configuration |
| Retail packing | Identifiable code and contents for the quoted version |
Preserve the Two-Level Reference
Keep a whole-product photograph and a ring-position drawing with each sample. For BT0624, that means retaining the upper D-shaped rings, lower oval openings and central-joint reference together. It prevents a different two-level cheek from arriving under the same broad product name.
View the BT0624 product reference or compare BT0712 as a separate long-cheek project.

Build SKU Lines from Complete Configurations
Use one line for each cheek, mouthpiece, size and supply-content combination. Keep colour or photographed angle changes from creating duplicate stock lines. Use the mouthpiece sample guide and the measured size guide for the next focused decision. Qualified fitting assessment remains necessary for the actual horse and equipment.

Start a Multi-Ring Bit Sample Discussion
Send the multi-ring code and mark the ring layout or mouthpiece difference you want to compare. Add the size definition and expected accessories so we can discuss an identifiable wholesale sample.
We will review the model and configuration with you before a quotation is agreed. Include quantities and destination so sample, packing and delivery terms can be considered together.
