Western spur assortment

Western Roper Spurs by Band, Shank and Rowel

Build a Western spur assortment with clear differences in band, shank and rowel. We manufacture complete spurs and can review the boot fit, rear profile and wheel arrangement together. Select the base your customers need, then narrow the decoration and finish. Each quoted pair can stay connected to the complete construction your team has approved.

Complete References Make the Comparison Clearer

Choose the working assembly before the decorative finish. Relia manufactures its own Western spurs and checks materials, dimensions, appearance and moving-part or assembly fit. We review the band, shank, wheel and fixing together, helping your range retain useful construction differences between similar-looking products.

Keep a complete configuration behind every stock line. The 81411LB-CF-E3/M combines a 1¼-inch band, 2¼-inch shank and 1½-inch twelve-point rowel, with German-silver and copper trim. Use the whole model when discussing a sample so the band, wheel and decorative direction stay together.

A Wide Band Is Not a Wide Heel Opening

Band height describes the visible strip of material; the inside opening and curve define the boot interface. For a retail range, choose the fit group and the band appearance separately. This avoids using a decorative proportion as a size substitute.

Keep Shank Direction Visible in the Range Chart

A straight, angled or curved neck changes where the terminal sits relative to the band. Compare side profiles under the same drawing convention and keep the named length with its endpoints. The profile alone is not a ranking of horse response or severity.

Direction

Record the neck angle relative to the band.

Length

Mark the starting point and terminal reference.

Clearance

Show the wheel in its actual connected position.

Specify the Wheel and Its Connection Together

A rowel specification includes its profile, named diameter, thickness, hole, axle and available space in the shank. Tooth count is one identifier among several. A larger wheel or a different outline should remain a separate sample configuration until its full assembly is reviewed.

Follow the Band-to-Rowel Assembly

The selected band and shank determine the forming route and any machining or welding required for the structure. Rowel and fixing details are treated as connected components before polishing, surface treatment and final assembly. A curved neck, a wide band and a particular wheel each need their own drawing features.

We check materials, dimensions and appearance, including moving parts and assembly fit. For a rowelled model, review the finished band opening, shank direction, wheel space and retention arrangement together. Keep the actual rowel and fixing with the sample so a decorative variation does not obscure a different boot fit or rear assembly.

Build a Controlled Family of Complete Models

A useful assortment might change one structural feature between sample lines. That makes the product difference easier for your staff to explain and for purchasing to retain. Decoration can follow after the fit and terminal configuration are selected.

Choose the Complete Spur Behind the Finish

Compare YF11023MI antiqued styling and SP5133 scrolling decoration as different full-product references. Their online codes are separate from model codes. The selected finish and complete model should travel together from sample review into the order.
