Frame-linked replacement pads

Replacement Pads for Defined Stirrup Frames

Order replacement pads around the frame and fixing pattern they need to match. We manufacture stirrups and can review the original pad, seat and attachment details with your sample. Send the frame model and the worn part, then agree the matched component and supply unit. For your own replaceable-tread design, include the frame and fixing drawings in the same discussion.

Choose the Pad and Frame Together

Keep the pad and frame together until the fit is clear. Relia manufactures its own stirrups and checks materials, dimensions, appearance and assembly fit. We can review the original pad seat and retention details, then agree whether your enquiry is for a complete stirrup or a separately quoted replacement part.

The 25855 white-pad and 25855-RB black-wraparound constructions provide distinct starting assemblies. For a standalone replacement, agree the pad material, shape and fixing with the selected frame. Ask us to quote that matched spare separately from a complete stirrup so its supply unit and contents remain clear.

Keep the Original Pad and Frame Together

A worn pad can obscure the original edge or locating feature. Include the complete frame code and photographs of the pad and its attachment. An original drawing or unworn retained sample is especially useful when the current part has changed through use.

  1. Base frame

    Record complete model and revision.

  2. Original pad

Capture top, edges and available attachment views.

  3. Fixing reference

Name the actual locating or retaining arrangement.

  4. Matched sample

Review the proposed part with the intended frame.

Measure Shape and Location Features

The useful dimensions describe the actual pad outline and the features that locate it. Width is only one part of that record. Include thickness and attachment positions where they apply to the selected construction.

A Surface Pattern Does Not Define the Fixing

Two tread surfaces can look similar while using different frames or attachment details. Keep the pad’s surface view as an appearance reference and obtain the actual connection information separately. Do not assume a raised-grid metal tread is a replaceable rubber pad.

Link Pad Construction to Assembly Fit

The frame seat, pad outline and locating or fixing features must describe the same interface. We arrange the applicable frame-making and finishing work by model, while the selected pad keeps its own material, section and part-making requirement. Assembly brings those defined parts into the configuration being reviewed.

We verify materials, dimensions and appearance and check moving parts or assembly fit. For your replacement enquiry, review the installed pad boundary, actual locating features and complete frame together. Keep the accepted spare reference and supplied fixing inventory with that version, so a similar tread pattern cannot silently become the compatibility decision.

Assembly

Review the matched pad and frame under the relevant instructions.

Build a Table with One Row per Matched Version

A compatibility table should connect a pad to a specific frame, not to every product with the same width label. Give a changed frame or fixing its own revision. This makes a spare-parts range easier to identify at the point of reorder.

Separate Complete Stirrups from Spare Supply

Use ST2101, ST3120 or ST3105 to identify the base product. These are complete-product references, not a declaration of a standalone pad offer. Keep the spare enquiry and required counting unit explicit.
