Riding Equipment for Defined Tack Assemblies

Choose riding equipment by the complete construction your business needs. We manufacture horse bits, spurs and stirrups, including work from your drawings with your logo. Compare their fit and connections in the dedicated guides, with crops, halters and browbands on separate routes. Then bring the selected versions into one clear range enquiry.

Compare the Complete Stirrup Construction

Relia produces stirrups, horse bits and spurs, with customer-drawing and logo customization for these three families. For a stirrup project, keep the frame, usable tread, upper connection and supplied pad together. We check materials, dimensions, appearance, moving parts and assembly fit; your selected model defines the features to compare.

Relia’s stirrup product range includes different material and shape references, including ST3120 and other detailed models in the linked guides. The upper strap opening, foot space and tread are different parts of the comparison. An importer building a range can separate those constructions before choosing sizes and appearance, while a replacement buyer can focus on the attachment geometry required by the existing assembly.

Keep Bit Construction with the Exact Product Link

Compare the bit's mouthpiece and cheek arrangement as one selected construction. Keep the product and option beside a drawing of the required mouth width and component geometry. The bit guide helps you develop that choice before planning sizes for the range.

Choose structural dimensions with the appropriate individual fitting advice for the intended use.

BT0532 and BT0532RED are listed option labels on one bit model. BT0314 has a pictured oval link; BT1117 has a pictured wavy bar. Preserve those identities in a shortlist rather than group them by colour alone. The bit guide compares the mouthpiece and ring arrangement without assigning a training outcome.

Construction and making

Formed Shape and Surface Finish Need Separate Attention

For the three core families we produce, the construction determines the applicable forming, machining, welding, finishing and assembly stages. A bit needs its complete mouthpiece and cheeks; a spur needs the band and end; a stirrup needs the frame and tread connection. Connect the selected drawing with material, dimensional, appearance and assembly checks. Crops, halters and browbands retain their own product-specific routes.

Keep the Core Assembly Complete

  1. Horse bitMouthpiece, cheeks, selected joints and mouth-width drawing.
  2. SpurBoot-band geometry, strap slots and end or rowel assembly.
  3. StirrupFrame, usable tread, upper connection and supplied components.
Read the design and specification notes

Metal-forming choices establish the main shape, while joining and finishing can introduce their own geometry and surface considerations. A welded construction has joint areas to review; a different formed or cast construction may have other contact edges and attachment surfaces. A bright appearance alone does not identify the route or material grade. Bring Relia the exact model and mating setup, then discuss the finished dimensions and surfaces that matter for that particular riding component.

Halters Need a Selected Version and Contents List

Choose the halter version and define its contents together. A broad size label helps identify an option, but the actual fit information and any separately supplied strap or lead still matter.

Confirm the halter's measured size chart and any lead or extra strap included in your order.

Define the halter version

  1. HalterSelect its model and option.
  2. FitUse actual dimensions for the chosen version.
  3. Extra itemsName any separately required strap or lead.
Read the design and specification notes

LT5001 is a nylon halter reference with Blue, Black and Red options. Its XS–XL description is a range label, not a dimensioned fit chart. Record the selected halter version and whether a separate strap or lead is included so the order unit stays clear from sample review through quotation.

Spurs and Crops Use Different Fit References

Spurs and crops need different measurement paths. Compare the spur’s heel, slots and end design; use overall length, grip and end construction for the crop route.

Mark the spur's 20mm measurement endpoints and confirm applicable discipline requirements for your intended use.

For the aluminium YF11022AL, mark the endpoints of the nominal 20mm dimension on the spur drawing, then define heel-band fit, strap slots and end shape. For a crop, use a separate overall-length, grip and flap plan. The appropriate guide keeps each complete construction clear.

A Browband Choice Includes Its End Fittings

A browband’s profile and decorated face do not describe its complete bridle connection. Compare the end fittings and selected construction against the actual headpiece before relying on a size label.

Confirm the PU and leather allocation by component for the selected browband.

The browband description lists PU and leather material references and HOBBY, PONY, COB and FULL labels. A curved profile and reflective rows describe appearance; loop or snap ends affect the bridle connection. Compare the actual end dimensions and selected construction rather than assume that the size label fits every headpiece.

Build the Range Around Recognizable Assemblies

Colour can coordinate a retail range while each item retains its own fit. Keep halter, stirrup and browband models distinct so their different attachment requirements stay visible.

Build the Range Around Recognizable Assemblies

  1. IdentityProduct link and selected option
  2. AssemblyThe part that must fit or connect
  3. RangeSeparate lines under one buying plan
Read the design and specification notes

Keep a separate line for each complete riding item and its selected option. A blue halter, rainbow stirrup and decorated browband can share a retail colour theme without sharing fit dimensions. Use the article for each product to record the different interfaces, then bring those lines together in the range enquiry.
