Western frame selection

Western Stirrups by Frame and Covering

Choose a Western stirrup range with clear differences in frame profile, tread and upper connection. We manufacture stirrups and can review covered, plain or decorated constructions as complete samples. Start with the fit and profile your customers need, then define the covering and appearance. Each model can remain recognizable to your sales team and purchasing team through size or finish changes.

Compare Distinct Western Branches

Compare the complete construction before narrowing the decoration. Relia manufactures Western stirrups and checks materials, dimensions, appearance and assembly fit. We retain the selected frame, upper interface and covering together, helping your range distinguish an oxbow or bell-leather product from a decorated metal frame.

Compare complete Western branches. The 2027ALE Oxbow uses dark leather; 918AHC, 918BHC and 918BGO provide bell-leather directions. ST3103 and ST3107 are separate Visalia-labelled products. Keep each profile, covering and upper connection together when you choose the sample for your range.

Read Profile, Tread and Neck Together

A frame name is a useful category, but the complete drawing defines the product. Compare the side shape, available tread and upper connection as a group. Similar decoration can sit on very different structural bases.

Covering and Decoration Describe Different Layers

Leather covering belongs in the component schedule. An applied panel or surface pattern belongs in the decorative record. Tan or brown appearance alone does not identify either material, so keep the selected sample’s actual layers clear.

Frame

Base material and full structural outline.

Covering

Named material, extent and finished boundaries.

Decoration

Pattern, trim and selected surface treatment.

The Bell Reference Shows Another Construction Direction

Consider the bell-leather construction when your range needs that profile and covering direction. The 918AHC, 918BHC and 918BGO models combine named leather construction with contrasting trim. Compare the complete product with a decorated metal frame rather than treating similar colours as the same build.

Connect the Frame Work to Covering and Assembly

The actual Western frame determines the forming and any machining or connection work. Polishing and surface treatment complete the specified base surfaces, while covering and decorative components retain their own materials, boundaries and attachments. Final assembly brings the top connection and tread into that complete version.

We check materials, dimensions, appearance and moving parts or assembly fit. For your sample, review the finished upper interface and usable tread with any covering installed, then compare the whole profile and supplied contents. This keeps a leather-covered model construction separate from a decorated metal reference with a similar colour.

  1. Structural base

Select the actual profile, top interface and tread.

  2. Frame completion

Review finished edges and connection surfaces.

  3. Covering or decoration

    Identify materials, boundaries and attachments.

  4. Complete sample

Compare fit, appearance and agreed supplied contents.

Define the Working Measurement Points

The model 22173ALE and 22173AL entries name a 3-inch neck and 2-inch tread. Those are reference labels that need their measurement points on the selected drawing. An external neck description should not automatically become an internal fender clearance.

Select a Coherent Wholesale Branch

Review ST3103 and ST3107 as separate online models. Their Nude and Customized labels need an actual appearance reference; those names do not define leather, wood or a universal finish. The SC-PP11 PP reference belongs in a separate material branch.

Refine the Range by the Remaining Decision

Once the structural branch is clear, use the fender guide for attachment fit, the decoration guide for own-label appearance and the materials guide for the selected base and finish.
