Spur Ranges by Heel Fit and End Design
We manufacture spurs around the boot fit and end design your range needs. Choose an existing model or bring your drawing and logo, then define the heel band, strap slots and ball tip or rowel. Compare the complete pair and any straps together so the sample reflects the version you intend to sell.

Named End Styles Keep the Range Clear
Relia produces spurs and supports customer drawings and logos. Start with the heel-band fit and terminal construction, then choose the appearance. The aluminium, ball-tip and rowel options below show different buying directions; keep each model's dimensions and supplied pair separate when planning the range.
Choose the Spur Branch
- YF11022AL
- Aluminum with a 20mm entry
- SP6110
- Ball-tip; Ladies/Men labels
- SP6107
- Separate Silver rowel style
Read the design and specification notes
Relia can help you compare the named spur designs for your proposed range. YF11022AL gives a material and nominal size starting point; SP6110 introduces Ladies/Men option labels, while SP6107 is the separate rowel discussion. Tell us the boot dimensions and the exact end style you need. Those details let us discuss the relevant version without turning a style name into a measured fit chart.
| Reference | Material and option | Boot-fit check |
|---|---|---|
| YF11022AL | Aluminum; 20mm label | Heel-band opening |
| SP6110 | Ladies / Men options | Band dimensions by version |
| SP6107 | Silver option | Band and rowel details |

The Boot Outline Defines the Heel-Band Request
Compare heel width, curvature and strap path against the actual boot. Style or gender labels organise an enquiry but cannot replace dimensions that show which boot range the selected spur must fit.
Include measured heel-band dimensions with the selected Ladies or Men option.
Follow the Boot Interface
- WidthRequired heel opening
- CurvatureBand against the boot outline
- StrapSlot direction and finished section
Read the design and specification notes
Use the actual boot outline to define heel width, curvature and the intended strap path. This is a more precise comparison than relying on Ladies, Men or Western as a fit standard. Give the model and dimensions together, so the quoted spur version relates to the boot range your customer sells.

Ball-Tip Versions Need Their Own Dimensions
Keep the SP6110 band and tip dimensions together for the selected Ladies or Men version. That gives the enquiry a defined boot interface instead of turning the two labels into an assumed fit chart.
Separate Label and Fit
- Option
- Chosen Ladies or Men version
- Band
- Measured opening and profile
- Tip
- Required end geometry
Read the design and specification notes
For the ball-tip SP6110, choose the Ladies or Men option and compare its heel-band opening, curvature and tip dimensions with the intended boot range. If you need both versions, keep a separate drawing and quantity for each so the sample and supplied pairs remain clear.

Strap Slots Affect the Supplied Combination
Record slot openings and direction beside the heel band. Then choose spurs alone or a specifically named strap combination rather than assuming a strap in a photograph is included in the purchase.
Define the Attachment Contents
- SlotOpening and direction
- StrapWidth and finished section
- SupplySpurs alone or named combination
Read the design and specification notes
Record each slot opening and its direction relative to the heel band. Then decide whether your order covers the spurs alone or a specifically identified strap combination. A compatible-looking strap in a range photograph should not become included content unless it is named on the quoted supply unit.

Band Shaping and End Assembly Have Different Jobs
For our spur production, we check materials, dimensions, appearance, moving parts and assembly fit. The model determines whether casting, forging or stamping and subsequent machining, welding, finishing or assembly are appropriate. Band shaping controls the heel interface; slot finishing concerns strap contact; a rowel adds its wheel and attachment. Compare those finished features against the selected drawing and boot range. Use our spur fit and assembly checkpoints alongside your boot reference.
From Spur Design to Finished Comparison
- Boot interfaceHeel opening, side profiles and completed strap-slot passage.
- End assemblySelected ball end or rowel, shank and any moving connection.
- Finished versionMaterial, dimensions, appearance and single-or-pair identity.
Read the design and specification notes
In a formed-metal spur design, bending and springback influence the heel-band opening you receive. Finishing the band and strap slots addresses different contact surfaces, while a ball end or rowel introduces its own connection detail. The selected material and production route need agreement for each model. Compare the finished band against the boot and the end component against its own drawing; a colour finish cannot show that either interface has the dimensions you require.
Share the product link and your intended use, with these details:
- Boot and strap fit: Send heel opening, band curve and slot dimensions.
- End version: Name ball-tip or rowel geometry and the 20mm endpoints.
- Supply unit: State singles or pairs, finish and included straps.

The Rowel Adds a Wheel Specification
SP6107 is the Silver rowel branch. Keep the wheel, its attachment and heel band under that model, adding required wheel diameter and shape rather than treating Silver as the specification of the whole spur.
Describe the Rowel Version
- WheelRequired diameter and shape
- AttachmentConnection to the shank
- BandBoot outline and strap slots
Read the design and specification notes
SP6107 lists Silver and is presented as a rowel spur. Keep the wheel, its attachment and the full heel band under that model identity. If the rowel line is selected, add wheel diameter and shape to the brief rather than treating a silver appearance as the specification of the whole tool.

Fit and Finish Should Change Independently
Keep end construction, boot-band version and appearance as separate choices. This lets a buyer change a finish request without changing the fit or swapping a ball tip for a rowel inside the same range description.
Keep the Choices Separate
- FitBoot-band dimensions
- ConstructionBall-tip or rowel
- AppearanceSelected finish by model
Read the design and specification notes
For each selected spur, list construction, requested boot-band version and appearance in different columns. This reflects the supplier-brief distinction between dimensions and component materials. It also lets a buyer change a finish request without accidentally changing the band or the ball-tip/rowel construction under the same stock code.
| Construction | Fit entry | Appearance entry |
|---|---|---|
| 20mm reference | Named band drawing | Selected surface request |
| Ball-tip | Ladies/Men plus dimensions | Selected finish |
| Rowel | Band and wheel drawing | Silver label |

A Coloured Pair Does Not Define the Pack
The short-shank picture helps compare appearance, but the order still needs a single, pair or retail-pack count. Keep the selected YF11022AL version and any requested strap inclusions together on that line.
Mark the 20mm endpoints and name the single, pair or retail-pack contents you require.
Count the Supplied Unit
- SingleOne selected spur
- PairDefined matching versions
- PackNamed strap or other inclusions
Read the design and specification notes
The coloured short-shank view is useful for organising an appearance range, but a photographed arrangement is not a packing list. State whether the quotation is per piece, matched pair or defined retail pack. Keep the chosen YF11022AL reference on that line alongside any requested finish.

Choose the Spur Route for Your Range
Compare the band, end style and supplied combination before choosing a range. Your own boot-fit or rowel drawings and logo can move the discussion into a separate custom product project.
