Bulk Halters and Leads with Separate Refill Lines

Buy a halter-and-lead set as two clearly chosen products. Compare the halter's adjustment range with your size chart, then choose the rope, snap and finished termination. Keep both component identities in the set so later halter-only or lead-only orders can follow the same fit and construction.

Different Halter Labels Need One Measurement Basis

Relia offers LT5001 nylon and LT5004 PVC with XS–XL labels, plus a TPU-labelled Hobby/pony/Cob/Full branch. We can discuss them against your head measurements and selected lead, keeping the size systems separate.

Relia’s LT5001 nylon and LT5004 PVC entries use XS–XL labels, while the TPU-labelled halter uses Hobby/pony/Cob/Full. We can discuss those different range branches with your existing head measurements and lead-rope requirements. The two 2m rope entries also differ in their material specification. Keep the actual halter, rope and fitting choices together so matching colours do not silently define the set contents.

Colour Coordination Follows the Selected Model

LT5001 offers Blue, Black and Red; LT5004 also includes White. Keep the actual colour and quantity beside each model, then agree the reference for a coordinated set rather than assume two Blue labels match.

Choose Blue, Black or Red for LT5001, or the available LT5004 option including White, and allocate quantities by model. For a coordinated set, agree a physical colour sample while keeping the halter and lead constructions separately identified.

The Braid Picture Does Not Select Rope Composition

The red YF12101 lists Polyester Cotton and nominal 2m; the black version lists Polyester and 2m. Use the green illustration to locate braid, loop and snap, with colour and fibre chosen separately.

Select the ordered Red or Black rope version and confirm its fibre and supplied snap separately.

The red YF12101 description lists Polyester Cotton and nominal 2m, while the black YF12101 description lists Polyester and 2m. Keep those as distinct rope versions despite their shared model-family code. The green illustration shows the braid, loop and snap arrangement, with colour chosen separately for the ordered item. Add rope diameter and the selected fibre composition when comparing the complete lead.

Adjustment Ranges Turn Labels into Useful Fit

Show nose and headpiece adjustment against your existing size chart. Those measurements let you compare Nylon, PVC and TPU-labelled halters without assuming that the same named size produces the same fit.

Build the Halter Fit Drawing

  1. NoseRequired adjustment range
  2. HeadpieceRequired adjustment range
  3. HardwareStrap section and fitting openings
Read the design and specification notes

Ask for the nose and headpiece adjustment ranges against your existing size chart. The product range labels locate a version but do not give those measurements. This is where a small technical drawing helps more than ordering the same named size across Nylon, PVC and TPU products without a comparison.

Strap Folds Connect Material and Fitting Choices

A sewn strap fold adds layers where it passes through hardware; its seam and edge finish are separate features. Compare finished thickness, adjustment and fitting openings on the selected halter. For the Double PVC/TPU-labelled branch, clarify the actual coating and core allocation first. Then keep the lead’s fibre, diameter, termination and snap as a separate completed connection.

Build the Set from Its Component Lines

  1. HalterExact model, adjustment dimensions, strap construction and colour.
  2. LeadSelected fibre, length, diameter, termination and snap identity.
  3. Retail unit and refillsName the combined contents and keep halter-only or lead-only quantities separate.
Read the design and specification notes

For the coated halter, confirm the coating and core materials by component before agreeing the selected version. Compare the finished strap thickness, folded joints and adjustment with the hardware openings. Keep the lead's fibre, diameter, termination and snap as a separate completed connection.

Share the product link and your intended use, with these details:

  • Halter fit: Name model and size label with nose and headpiece ranges.
  • Complete lead: Give fibre, diameter, nominal length, snap and termination.
  • Set quantities: Separate combined retail units from halter-only and rope-only refills.

A Loose Strap Is Not a Separate Lead

The red halter picture includes a long loose strap component. Name that part explicitly rather than call it a complete rope; a true halter-and-lead purchase needs the separate lead identity and count.

Define the Pictured Contents

  • HalterSelected complete model
  • Loose strapIdentify its actual role
  • LeadSeparate named rope if requested
Read the design and specification notes

The red halter view includes a longer loose strap component. Identify that component on the quoted bill of materials rather than rename it as a complete lead rope. A true halter-and-lead order should name the halter model and the separate rope reference, with a count for each.

Sets and Refills Can Share Component Identities

Give each halter and rope its own order identity, then name those items inside a combined retail unit. A later halter-only or rope-only purchase can then retain the selected construction while changing quantities.

Choose the Supply Format

  • Combined setNamed halter plus named lead
  • Halter refillSame selected halter version
  • Rope refillSame rope, end and snap
Read the design and specification notes

Give each single halter and rope its own identity, then reference those codes in any combined retail unit. The same rope can be reordered alone only when its actual construction stays fixed. This avoids turning a colour-led bundle into an undefined product that cannot be replenished by component.

The Snap Belongs in the Finished Lead Brief

The whole lead view shows the attachment end as well as the braid. Add snap identity, rope diameter and termination details to the nominal 2m length so the connection can be compared as one finished assembly.

Define the Complete Lead Connection

  3. AttachmentSnap and completed termination
Read the design and specification notes

A lead-rope view shows the attachment end as well as the braid. Include snap identity, rope diameter and the finished end construction when the connection is important to your range. The nominal 2m length remains one separate field; it does not specify every part of the finished lead.

Send the Set and Refill Specification

Send the selected halter and its nose and headpiece measurements, then identify the separate rope, snap and end treatment. Allocate complete-set and refill quantities independently. We can discuss the first assortment and later replacements using the same named components.
