YF11438DC is a classic zinc ring buckle listed as Bright Nickel / 4.0 x 25mm. Confirm the selected keyhole or D-ring form before approving its connection to a bag, backpack, belt or pet-collar assembly.
Approve the ring form on the selected drawing
Ask the drawing to reconcile the Keyhole Ring Buckle and D-ring descriptions. Locate both references in the 4.0 x 25mm label before assigning them to a section or opening.
- Identify the selected outline and usable opening.
- Locate the two reference measurements.
- Specify the section and joint details.
- Show strap or mating-connector attachment.
- Check operating clearance and intended assembly dimensions.
Define the joint, plating and inspection criteria
Confirm the selected plating/finish and any joint or welding details, with relevant inspection criteria. Obtain material/finish and ring/full-assembly fit, load, retention, joint integrity, wear, corrosion and chemistry evidence, including any requested nickel-free criterion.
Build the sample and design request
Samples and colour, logo and design requests are listed for YF11438DC. Include the approved form drawing, selected Bright Nickel reference, requested changes and logo artwork so the sample and quotation identify the same ring configuration.
Please confirm product specifications, option quantities, availability and shipping arrangements before ordering. Any return or exchange terms should be agreed for your order before purchase. Contact Relia with the product reference if you need further details.
