Gold is an appearance reference for this Relia-015 hoof-pick and brush, with the actual accepted finish still to be agreed. The image shows a black-looking long rounded handle with concave inset-like contours, bright gold-looking cap and collar, and a broad black head. A black bristle tuft faces away from a bright pale gold or silver-looking bent flattened point.

How should the Gold-reference appearance be approved?

Compare the exact sample with the requested appearance and obtain actual coating and alloy records. Gold naming and shine establish neither elemental gold nor plating chemistry, and create no actual colour menu. Repeated views also do not establish multiple supply, so confirm a complete inventory with inclusions and delivered count.

• Identify this Gold-reference Relia-015 sample.
• Agree the accepted appearance and finish.
• Confirm the complete supplied list and count.
• Mark handle, head, tuft, point and trim geometry.
• Specify actual alloys, coatings and Gel allocation.
• Check attachments, strength and firmness.
• Request actual action and hoof-contact guidance.

Gel allocation and the bright point assembly

Specify the Gel formulation, grade and actual handle, head, tuft, point, collar and end-cap allocation. Obtain separate component compositions with marked geometry, attachment details, strength and bristle firmness records. The inset handle and bright parts do not establish soft-grip performance, ergonomics or two demonstrated working functions.

Which actions will this exact version perform?

Request demonstrations and instructions for every required working action, together with actual horse, hoof-area and operator-contact guidance. Agree technique, inspection and care requirements for the proposed routine; luxury, protection and cleaning results remain unverified. Final approval should identify this sample, appearance, inventory, count and quantity with specifically accepted logo, design, packaging and current order terms.
